Our commitment
Olibeli exists to help families find maternity and family services, and to help providers reach those families with clear, honest information.
Trust is earned through transparent profiles, respectful conduct, and quick action when something goes wrong. These guidelines explain what we expect and how to report concerns.
Community standards
Everyone using Olibeli should:
- Treat others with respect and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information about themselves or their business.
- Communicate honestly about services, availability, and limitations.
- Respect privacy - especially around pregnancy, family life, and children.
- Follow applicable law and our Terms and conditions.
Prohibited conduct
The following are not allowed on Olibeli:
- Harassment, hate, threats, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
- Fraud, impersonation, fake listings, or deliberately misleading claims.
- Spam, scams, fraudulent messages, or attempts to collect personal data unlawfully.
- Content that sexualises minors or otherwise exploits children.
- Illegal services, or content that promotes illegal activity.
- Sharing another person's private information without a lawful basis.
- Attempts to bypass security, disrupt the Service, or abuse reporting tools.
Children and family privacy
Olibeli is built for adults arranging services around maternity and family life. Profiles and listings should not include unnecessary identifying information about children.
Do not post photos or details of children unless you have a lawful basis and a clear reason tied to a legitimate service description, and never in a way that could put a child at risk.
If you see content that may endanger a child, report it immediately using the contact details below.
Expectations for providers
- Represent your business truthfully - qualifications, location, services, and photos should reflect reality.
- Do not claim endorsements, verifications, or guarantees that Olibeli has not granted.
- Keep contact and listing details up to date.
- Respond to families professionally and do not pressure or manipulate users.
- Comply with licensing, insurance, and sector rules that apply to your activity.
Tips for parents and planners
- Review provider information carefully and ask questions before committing.
- Be cautious with payments or personal data shared outside Olibeli until you are comfortable.
- Report suspicious listings, messages, or behaviour promptly.
- Remember that Olibeli may not yet include full booking or payment tools - confirm arrangements directly and carefully with providers when needed.
How to report a concern
Email info@olibeli.com with the subject line "Trust & safety report". Include:
- What happened and when.
- Links, usernames, business names, or screenshots if available.
- Any immediate risk to someone's safety.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first, then notify us.
How we respond
We review reports as promptly as practicable. Depending on severity and evidence, we may remove content, warn users, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, or contact authorities when required or appropriate.
We may not share full investigation details with reporters when doing so would compromise privacy, security, or an ongoing process.
Repeated or severe violations can result in permanent removal from Olibeli.
Updates to these guidelines
We may update this page as Olibeli and community needs evolve. The last updated date at the top of the page will change when we do.
